Gull Point provides a pleasing, shaded setting on West Okoboji Lake with numerous outdoor recreation amenities. Camp in the popular campground, which is well shaded and features paved roads, playground equipment, modern restroom and shower facilities, as well as a sanitary dump station.
There are several area beaches and boat ramps to choose from to access the lakes. From canoes to sailboats to ski rigs, pleasure boating is one of the most popular activities on the lakes. West Okoboji, Spirit Lake and the many other lakes in the area are some of the prime fishing spots in Iowa.

The campground is open year round. But from November through March all of the campsites are first-come, first-served. There are usually spots open during off peak months, but you can call the park before you arrive to ask about availability at the campground.
