   When did gladstonbury start?

   • The first Gladstonbury took place as a one-off, small-scale event in the early 2000s to mark the launch of Explorers in Flintshire. In 2016, a group of leaders who attended the original event as participants decided to revive the format, with 60 Explorers joining the camp.

   How much do explorers cost in 2022 & 2024?

   • It has since grown year on year with 300 Explorers from across the UK attending in 2022 and spaces for up to 400 Explorers available in 2024. This year’s event is priced at £58 per Explorer which includes camping fees, all activities, night time entertainment and even all meals cooked for you. Weekend tickets for leaders are priced at £15.
