   • In 1998, Tom Fulp of Newgrounds created a spoof of Teletubbies called "Teletubby Fun Land" which resulted in a lawsuit from the BBC. This resulted in a boost of notoriety and media exposure, and the video was renamed Tellybubby Fun Land. In 1999, the characters inspired a dancehall reggae riddim of the same name.
