Jun 7, 2024 · Columbia bills you for tuition, fees, and other charges at the beginning of each term. Review the billing schedule below for the current academic year. The bold dates in the Payment Due column indicate when payment must be received to avoid late charges.
Tuition and Fees: You will pay Columbia’s home school tuition through SSOL. The tuition invoice will be sent via e-bill mid-August and will be due mid-September. It covers tuition, global seminar excursions, some local transportation and cultural activities.

Student Financial Services expects to email the first Fall term E-Bill on August 12 and the balance will be due on September 20. Please see their website for the billing schedule . The E-Bill represents your account activity as of the day the bill is generated.

When Will the Payment Post to the Student Account? An eCheck payment will appear immediately as a pending credit, along with the new balance amount, on the QuikPAY and Student Services Online (SSOL) websites. eCheck payments must be received by 10:00 p.m. EST to post to the student's account by the following business day.
