    Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has released several titles to home video since 1978, as well as direct-to-video features. They have been released on VHS, Beta, Laserdisc, CED Videodisc, CD Video, DVD, Universal Media Disc (UMD), Blu-ray Disc and 4K UHD Disc. These are most of the notable releases that Disney put out on home video.

  5. In late 2010, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment began releasing their movies in the Blu-ray 3D format, starting with A Christmas Carol and Alice in Wonderland. As of 2014 however, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has only been releasing Marvel movies on Blu-ray 3D in North America.
