She soon found the perfect place, adjacent to the recently established Catholic Church of St William of York, in Upper Redlands Road – Broad Oak House.

[2] The school has never been exclusively Catholic and has always (at least as far back as 1978) admitted non-Catholic students - mainly Anglicans.
