  7. • 3 yr. ago. Might have timed exclusivity arrangements with Nintendo/Sony not to release on PC, still effective for 2-3 years after release, not sure how long those things usually last. Could one of the series license holders in there (CLAMP/Rayearth?) only gave them license to use the the IP for console games and not PC.
