"Stuck On You" finds him finally realizing that the girl of his dreams has been right in front of him all along. He's ready to promote her out of the friendzone and into his heart. Like most of Richie's singles at this time, "Stuck On You" went to #1 on the Adult Contemporary chart and made a strong showing on the R&B chart, placing at #8.
