Clyde Geronimi worked at the Hearst studios as his first job, and then later joined Walter Lantz at J.R. Bray's Studio and worked on Lantz’s Colonel Heeza Liar, and Dinky Doodle till 1926. In 1931 Geronimi joined Walt Disney as a veteran animator after Lantz established his own studio in 1930.
