Our meals are healthy, low sodium, nutritious and, approved by a Los Angeles County certified dietitian. In addition to our regular meals we offer medically appropriate meals including diabetic meals, renal meals for kidney disease, Low K meals for heart patients, puree meals and vegetarian meals.
Since 1976, Meals on Wheels of West Los Angeles, a non-profit, volunteer community service organization has been providing nutritious meals and friendship to individuals who are unable to plan, shop, or prepare meals for themselves due to illness, disability, or advanced age.
Meals on Wheels of West Los Angeles offers two nutritious meals per day, five days a week. Additional meals to cover the weekend are available, if required. Deliveries are made by caring volunteers between 10:45 am and 1:00 pm.
