"Stuck with U" is a song by Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber. It was released as a charity single on May 8, 2020.
Skyler Stonestreet got to be a part of a Zoom writing session with Whitney Phillips, Freddy Wexler and Gian Stone and wrote the initial version of “Stuck With U” on April 3. Freddy was really instrumental in getting this song placed as well and was a champion from day one of writing it. It was inspired by an argument Wexler had that morning with his wife. He said, “You know, if I have to be stuck with someone, I’m glad I’m stuck with you.”
Scooter Braun and Stonestreet had been talking about a song that reflected this time, Skyler thought, this is it. Scooter wanted to bring people together with a song about what’s going on in the world. A positive message to make people feel uplifted, not to mention donating to charity to really make it even bigger than the song itself and so meaningful during such a crazy moment in time. Wexler sent the demo to Scooter Braun. “Within the week, Ariana was sending us edits.” It was Ariana's idea to put a male singer on the record and she sent it over to Justin.
