It's a Vampire campaign (WoD or CoD). I would run a regular Vampire: the Masquerade game and let the players turn it into What We Do In The Shadows as they inevitably will. I just want to note that WWDitS is best emulated as a vampire larp, not just a tabletop.
The series is set in Staten Island, New York City. Like the 2014 film, the series follows the lives of vampires in the city. These consist of three vampires, Nandor, Laszlo, and Nadja. They live alongside Colin Robinson, an energy vampire; and Guillermo, Nandor's familiar.
