Welcome to the 2023-24 Kelso HS Sports Season Monday August 21st all schools in the WIAA start their respective seasons. The Hilanders are members of the Greater Saint Helens 3A League with eight sports ready to compete for league titles.
The Kelso HS football program will be first athletes to return to the field for the 2024-25 school year this Wednesday as the Hilanders expect close to 100 students to tryout for the program. Head Coach Steve Amrine returns for his thirteenth season bolstered by ten returning seniors (see photo).
Kelso Active Schools work alongside Kelso High School to provide more and higher quality opportunities for pupils to get active before school, during lunchtimes and after school. We also look to develop effective pathways between the school and sports clubs in our local community.
Live Borders manages the community access to Kelso High School and its state-of-the-art facilities including the gym. Full One Club members have access to the gym (evenings and weekends) included in their package at no additional cost. They will also be able to book places in the fitness classes.
