23 hours ago · It's wild that, for the longest time, the best ports of Sonic 1 and 2 were on iPhones. Thankfully, Sonic Origins fixed that problem, although not at first. Sonic Origin's launch was a mess, with plenty of issues, but the game's since been patched, and it's the best way to experience these classic titles.

These levels are split into two acts, the first starring Classic Sonic and playing like the Genesis games and the second utilizing the boost formula from Unleashed with Modern Sonic. Essentially, Act 1 is 2D while Act 2 is (mostly) 3D.
