I am horrified with the awful service that I received from Steven Eagell Crawley and their refusal to return my holding deposit. I called to ask to view a car and was told that I needed to pay £250 in order to move the car to the Crawley branch for me to view and that it would be fully refundable.

May 22, 2019 · Once we have that, we deliver the best service we can, by following our sales process, doing everything right all the time. For example PCPs have been a massive support and help to us. We currently have a live book of 27,000 PCP customers, a group renewals manager, regular renewals evenings and a very good retention rate of around 51%.
