Xaverian is an Outstanding Catholic Sixth Form College in Manchester of approximately 2,500 students. We offer a very wide range of A Levels in addition to a number of BTEC courses, plus students are given continuous support from their personal tutor and a pastoral manager as well as subject support from our excellent teaching staff.
We continually strive to support our students to progress successfully to higher education, apprenticeships and employment. The Xaverian campus is very similar to that of a university. The college, however, remains a very close-knit community in order to offer personalised pastoral care and support.

In the second year, 6 students complete the Manchester University Pre-university Economics course for 8 weeks on Wednesday afternoon. We also compete in the Stock Investor Challenge at Manchester University where students get to learn about financial markets and how the stock exchange works.
Many of our students go on to do Computer Science related degrees. These vary from Software Engineering to degrees specialising in cyber security, robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Games Programming.
