John Champion (born 16 April) is an entertainment professional known for his contributions to podcasting, producing, and voice acting. With a career spanning over four decades, Champion has made significant strides in the realm of pop culture commentary and analysis, particularly within the Star Trek franchise.
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Champion pursued his interests in media from an early age through live theater and in commercials and television. He was considered for the role of Wesley Crusher after a series of auditions in Paramount's then New York office. He earned a degree in Media Studies from Fordham University.
