It’s a family-friendly area with plenty of outdoor spaces and community activities. However, it doesn’t come cheap. Property prices and rents are on the higher side, and competition for school places can be tough.

  3. Good location for walks/cycling along the river to places like Barnes or the opposite way to Richmond, and plenty of larger parks nearby. The canal area is very nice too, with a few friendly cafes dotted around. Also you'll find plenty of good pubs there, if that's your thing.
