Essentially you can probably apply the 8-10% loss for FWD, 12-15% for RWD and 15-20% loss for AWD to modern cars and be fairly close. There are of course going to be exceptions to this such as the new C8 experiences possibly less than 8% Drivetrain loss.

Usually when people talk about drivetrain loss, they're talking about drivetrain loss at peak engine power output in the gear that's closest to a 1.0 ratio (usually 4th for a six-speed, for example.) As always, a dyno chart is far, far more useful than a peak horsepower and peak torque rating.
