The Village Hall committee and some individuals suggest and organise many and varied social activities and events for the village. For example, there is the very popular firework night each November, and May Day is celebrated each year, plus events such as skittles and boules contests. New members of the committee are always welcome.

This is a classic Cotswolds pub, beautifully located in a peaceful Village, all honeyed stone and flowers outside, low beamed ceilings indoors. We'd come a fair distance and had booked for lunch a good few weeks beforehand as we know it gets really busy.
