This music by Oscar Peterson for the Canadian film The Silent Partner has languished in obscurity much like the thriller starring Elliot Gould and Christopher Plummer. Both the LP and movie deserve to be better known. Peterson's strong writing and allstar septet make this long out of print LP worth acquiring.
