Jul 28, 2017 · An exciting creative collaboration between two innovative Manchester businesses sees the Royal Exchange’s restaurant, bars and cafe fully redeveloped to embrace its dramatic location, and the introduction of an indoor beer garden to celebrate the stunning architecture of the Exchange’s Great Hall.
