  3. The Autism Research Institutes Approach to Autism. We continue to gain insight into the many aspects of autism from research studies and from individuals on the spectrum. The more we know about autism, the more we realize that we need to expand how we think about and treat these individuals.

For more than half a century, we’ve worked to improve the quality of life for individuals on the autism spectrum, their families, and the clinicians and researchers working on their behalf.
