Jun 10, 2024 · Frontline has rebranded its fast-track social work training programme as Approach Social Work. The rebrand comes a decade after the charity started delivering the scheme, under which trainees qualify in a year and are prepared for a career in child protection social work.
Your training starts at the summer institute, five weeks of immersive teaching that takes place online and in-person. You’ll join a cohort of around 450 other trainees and begin to learn how to bring about positive change in people’s behaviour from leading academics in social work.
