   • Everything was good until I was locked… Everything was good until I was locked out of my account with no customer care team responding to my numerous emails asking for help with logging into my account.
   • Poor quality site. Poor quality of people in the site. Unclear sign up information. It said you paid for 6 m subscription. I assumed after thst it would be monthly but I was subscribed for a further 6m with no notification do could not unsubscribe.
   • Would have given this a higher rating if it didn't show you that people block you. I give Match two stars because I have met some very nice people on there and subscription wise, it's reasonable.
   • Happy ever after. I had been on Match for around 6 months. I had a few dates but never found the one. My subscription was about to end and on the last day, Jane who had only just joined, replied to me.

   • As I mentioned, I share your frustrations and I'm certainly no shill for Match but it seems like dating apps are universally painful for both men and women, but IMO this perhaps might make it work a bit better for you and stop wasting all that time sending thoughtful messages to people who logged off 6 months ago. I used hinge for 24 hours.

   • Match lost perspective of what a good dating site should be like. Now there is a plethora of better options like AFFDate.com which is also cheaper. Match is misleading. You pay for a quarter and they charge you for a year. It is filled with outright scam artists who are ready to leave you high and dry. Match moderators do nothing to prevent it.
