  5. Mar 1, 2024 · Portencross Castle is a small castle on the coast very close to West Kilbride. Entry is free and the views are simply breathtaking from there. The Friends of Portencross Castle have done a marvellous job of repairing and restoring the structure.I would definitely recommend a visit here and suggest you leave a donation to support them in continuing their good work.
