Aug 22, 2024 · Chocolate Shake - Gritty, unpleasant aftertaste. I have just started on the Fast 800 programme and it is working well for me. I bought some of the Chocolate shakes as I thought they would be a great way of having an easy meal in the middle of a busy day. The taste was poor, gritty texture, too sweet, and an unpleasant, lingering aftertaste.
