Paid parking is available at COSI Columbus, 333 W. Broad St., the Columbus Commons garage, 55 E. Rich St., and various area surface lots. Bicycle racks will be located at each festival entrance.

What is the Columbus Festival of Lights Parade? Columbus Festival of Lights is an annual event where the community gathers to watch illuminated floats grace the street of the City of Columbus, Indiana.
Festival Latino began as a five-hour pilot project by the City of Columbus in 1996, and after an overwhelming response, expanded to a two-day event in 1997.
