Aug 15, 2024 · Tatsu is my first experience combining Korean BBQ with Japanese Sushi in an all-you-can-eat setting. Going out for either meal individually is usually a $60 - 80 dollar event for me so the $40 price tag at Tatsu seems beyond reasonable.

Oct 2, 2019 · Tatsu Sushi use the Edo-era method of adding red vinegar to their sushi rice instead of the usual rice vinegar. Made from sake lees, red vinegar has a dark brown colour, strong fragrance and mild flavour. It was invented around 200 years ago and was widely used in Tokyo at the time.
