SupportMe is a self-service portal for logging support calls. It is accessed via supportme.chi.ac.uk . Alternatively, can be accessed from the 'Support Request' link on Moodle, or via the 'SupportMe' link on Staff Intranet.
Jan 27, 2012 · Well, support.me is not a scam but can be used for the same. It helps you provide the Remote access to your computer when needed to be cured by the technicians online. They cannot access your computer through support.me unless or until you allow them to access.
