Applicants must be aged 19 or over on 1 September 2021 to apply for general course related costs and aged 20 or over at the start of their course to apply for child care costs. Applicants must have been accepted onto a ‘Learner Responsive’ course for which they are funded by the Skills Funding Agency or the Education Funding Agency.
