South Tyneside Home Search is the way South Tyneside Homes advertises available properties to rent. Customers can use South Tyneside Home Search to view and bid on available homes across the borough.
On the South Tyneside Homes website you can only apply for housing in the borough of South Tyneside. To apply for housing in North Tyneside, Gateshead, or Newcastle, you will need to visit their website via Tyne and Wear homes.
Anyone aged 16 years and over can apply. In normal circumstances, you need to be 18 years or older to hold a tenancy. Applicants under the age of 18 will have their needs assessed by a specialist team.
