Saint Bernard offers numerous solo and ensemble settings for growing musicians to learn or improve their skills. Our middle school band features students grade 6 through 8, while students in all grades can participate in ukulele studio, piano studio, acapella choir, handbells, drumline, and more.
The music school's first home, a farmhouse at the corner of Willow and Rosewood in Winnetka. It is the largest and oldest independent community music school in Illinois and the first in the state to be accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.

Mar 21, 2022 · Saint Bernard School Music Department. The SBS Music Department was recently awarded a 2022 Community Anchor Program Scholarship. Conner McWilliams (trumpet), Olivia Busher (trumpet), Manny Castillo (trombone), and Joshua Porterfield (trombone) used it to participate in a chamber ensemble coaching with a Manhattan School of Music faculty member.
