Repton is a video game originally developed by 16-year-old Briton Tim Tyler for the BBC Micro and Acorn Electron and released by Superior Software in 1985. The game spawned a series of follow up games which were released throughout the 1980s.
Repton is a classic Digging Game written by Tim Tyler in 1985 for the BBC Micro. The eponymous protagonist finds himself, for no discernible reason, in a maze filled with diamonds, all of which must be collected to complete each level. Obstacles to doing this include falling rocks, reptilian monsters and the ever-present time limit.
Walkthroughs and maps are provided as guides and may not necessarily be 100% correct. Please bear in mind that, despite the maps being platform specific, the walkthroughs were based on either the BBC Micro version, or the PC version, of the game and may differ slightly.
