- Prepare For The Final Encounter. Before venturing further, make a game save and complete any side quests that are left unfinished. After the crypt puzzle is an arena that leads to the final boss of Divinity: Original Sin 2.
- The Crypt Of Lucian Puzzle. With both the Source Amulet and Scroll of Atonement, head to the interactive button in the Path of Blood and activate it. A hatch should reveal itself, allowing players to enter the Crypt of Lucian.
- How To Obtain The Scroll Of Atonement. For the amulet to work, players will also need a unique scroll named the Scroll of Atonement. In the same building as the Toyseller, head to the room on the right and climb up a flight of stairs.
- How To Obtain The Source Amulet. Obtaining the Source Amulet is quite simple. Look for a character named Toyseller Sanders in Arx and speak with him. Players will need to persuade the NPC to help them progress through the Path of Blood.

This hatch can be opened only with the right sequence of words. That sequence is the magisters' motto. Select sentences that refer to: Mind, Body, Society, Loyalty.
