Oct 1, 2015 · I spent an hour one morning exploring the Gramercy Park area. Very charming, with beautifully ornated buildings. The park of course is closed to non-residents but it's nice to peek through the gates. I recommend the short hop on foot down to 19th Street between Irving Place and 3rd Avenue. Look up. Keep looking up. All kinds of surprises await....
