  4. Canberra Girls Grammar School (CGGS) is an independent Anglican school, co-educational from Early Learning to Year 2, and girls-only from Year 3 to Year 12.

  5. Now, almost 100 years later, St Gabriel's is known as Canberra Girls Grammar School. The school building where the Foundation stone was laid is now the Boarding House, one part of two state-of-the-art campuses in Deakin. The student population has risen from tens to over 1,300.

The Archives collects and preserves records relating to the School and its associated bodies. The collection consists of the School’s official records from 1926, photographic and uniform collections and school memorabilia.
