In the Provisions screen, there's a tab with a bag icon next to the inventory boxes, but no other tabs under it. Maybe there was a Supplies tab (torches, shovels, keys) and a Provisions tab (food, medicines...or whatever). If that's true, maybe they just forgot to modify this event when they combined them.
