A monthly meeting normally gives people enough time read the book and is frequent enough to build momentum.
Will you take it turns to choose a book? Take a vote? Decide to work through a section or genre of the Bible?
Will the same person lead the discussion each time or will you let each person share the responsibility?
A few observations or opinions jotted down on a postcard while people are reading will help them remember what they want to share when you meet.
