I always assumed Atomic Samurai was the better swordsman while Flashy had better movement speed. Both are equals but better suited for different situations, Atomic for the big, tough slower moving enemies and Flashy for faster and smaller ones
Armament abilities require the user to equip their sword in order to use it. Armaments can be summoned by pressing whichever number button is bound under specials for PC Players or pressing the [ARMAMENTS] button centered at the top of the screen for mobile players.
