To cancel your subscription, send an email to hello@watchgang.com, via the Manage My Subscription form, or reach out via the Live Chat function during operating hours. Cancellations have to be done before the 8thof each month or that month will be shipped. Also,prepaid subscriptions will not be refunded but instead be transferred into points for the Wheel of Watches or Member Store.
