New developer tools make it easier to create and publish apps into the new Microsoft Store on Windows 11.

Microsoft's announcement of Windows 11 has created plenty to digest. With its announcements, the company showed a recommitment to developers and the Microsoft Store. There's a new Microsoft Store, support for Android apps, and new tools for developers that make it easier to get apps into the store.
