Yes, level.dat and level.dat_old do that stuff. I'm talking specifically about those random numbers files, which were not there yesterday and seem to have appeared out of nowhere. *Also, the wiki says nothing about them, just about the regula ones.
Feb 7, 2022 · A seed is around 18-20 characters long, so this seems roughly right. Problem is the seed is first of all 2 numbers in an array in level.dat, and the numbers don't mix in an obvious way to make the appropriate seed that is found when typing /seed.
Extract the level.dat from your .mcworld, .mctemplate or com.mojang world folder. Open the file with NBT editor (NBT Studio for example). Select on the first node which is level.dat. Create a new compound tag called experiments.
