Each circuit combines four compound dumbbell exercises, targeting every major muscle group in the arms, legs and core. Add this circuit workout to your home training program1-2 times per week to build and maintain total body strength.

    Targets: Legs, glutes, hamstrings, quads, hips, shoulders, abs and core. Squat thrustersare a good way to raise your heart rate.
