I think you just bring a ppot for the crypt in case you fight dharok last, the other 5 you should be able to tank somewhat. For fighting the brothers at the start if you have 70+ pray you should be able to kill dharok, ahrim and karil with prayer up and you can facetank the other 3.
Duelling teleport to clan wars and use the white portal for free stats, barrows tab out. At 70 prayer points you can kill 3-4 brothers without hitting 0. With that method I get away with only using like 1 pray dose (4) and ~4 sharks per trip.
