If you use your actual name or the school email address to access Chegg services, your institution can identify you. Chegg stores a list of URLs of questions uploaded without authorization if the university demands a report.
The key part of this I'm missing is whether or not Chegg will send the email that asked the question, or the email you currently have on file; if anyone happens to know, please leave a comment. Their Privacy Policy, however, says the following: Updating Your Account Information.
