  2. In online forums, I have read about professors going in and purposely posting wrong answers. More often, I've heard that professors will check Chegg if the same wrong answer keeps coming up and they find that is the source.

  3. It depends on what the university knows. Maybe the university is just hoping you’ll admit to it. However, if they contact you directly to set up a meeting, it seems like they know something. My advice for that meeting/any correspondance would be to find out what the university knows before you admit to anything.
