I’ve tried: resetting my password, changing my email, switching WiFi networks, using cellular data, deleting and reinstalling, etc. I’ve called customer support but they are just as stumped as I am. I am able to sign on using my browser but not through the CVS Pharmacy side - only through the main page.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using your email address and security question. Please note: Passwords are case sensitive. They must be at least 7 characters long and include at least 1 letter and 1 number. They cannot include your User ID or the word “password”.
