How to update your personal information. To update your personal information, begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. The Account Profile page will contain your account details along with a section called Personal Information.
If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid email address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 1-866-389-ASAP (2727) to help you regain access to your MyChart account.
