If you have forgotten your email address, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-607-4CVS (4287). To retrieve your password, use our Forgot Password page. Enter your email address and click the Continue button to generate an email to reset the password. Please click on the link within this email.
Begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. The Account Profile page will contain your account details along with a section called ExtraCare® Information.
